In order to be hired for any position with 2 Zero 5 Security, you must meet the following criteria:
- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license
- Must possess a valid Level II or Level III (commission card) depending on site.
- Must pass a drug screen test
- Must pass criminal history background check
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays! No exceptions.
DISQUALIFICATIONS:
Listed below are infractions that will negate your employment opportunity with 2 Zero 5 Security, however this list is not all inclusive:
- Any felony conviction
- 3 Moving violations in the past 3 years
- DUI/DWI within the past 3 years
- No more than two misdemeanor convictions within the last five years
- No misdemeanor conviction for theft, assault, criminal mischief, shoplifting, violence, drugs (possession or use) criminal threatening, or any firearm related offenses.
- Currently on probation or parole for any offense
- Any pending criminal charges.

2 Zero 5 Protection & Investigations provides security to numerous properties locations around Corpus Christi, Laredo and all of the Rio Grande Valley. Most consist of patrolling properties. To be considered for this position, you must have a valid Texas driver’s license, and a good driving record. This position is ideal for persons new to security, students, and retired persons. Pay rates – Vary from site to site.
